Shipping policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Sri Lanka only.
3. Processing Time

Order Processing: All orders received are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Days: Please note that, to ensure efficiency as a small business, we only pack and ship orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If your order is placed on a non-shipping day, it will be prepared for the next scheduled shipping date.
4. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We use Sitrek for all deliveries.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Sitrek tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We do not offer Cash on Delivery for all orders.
7. Damages
Pangolin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside of Sri Lanka.
